- All gift arrangements are curated by hand; product images serve as representations.
- Items may vary slightly due to availability of seasonal products, packaging, or design materials.
- If a specific item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.
- Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders must be placed through our official website.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment platforms (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Incorrect details may cause delays.
4. Processing Time

- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund.
- After arrangements are started or materials are prepared, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
8. Returns & Refunds
Because of the handcrafted and perishable nature of gift arrangements:
- All sales are final.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
- To request a replacement for a damaged item, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged product.
- If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
9. Incorrect or Missing Items
- Claims for missing, incorrect, or incomplete items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will verify and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
10. Custom Orders
- Custom design requests may require additional processing time and fees.
- Customers must approve final mockups (if provided) before production begins.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added.
- Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
