Return Policy – Store Credit Only
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please review our return policy below:
Returns & Store Credit
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within [15/30] days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
- Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital or physical gift card.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance, sale, and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Email us at babybabyllc2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions to return the item.
- After we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Notes
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
